Film Festival

The Outlet Dance Project's Dance on Film Festival features a variety of short films directed and/or choreographed by women. This year, we are excited to announce that the festival has expanded into an evening-length event to be held on Thursday, October 1st, 2015 at 7 pm. The screening will be followed by a brief Q & A with the filmmakers and/or choreographers (please still apply, even if you are not able to be physically present.) Also, at least two films will be selected to be screened throughout the day on October 3rd.

We seek short dance-films that not only show excellence in this genre, but ideally, have a connection to site-specificity, architecture, and/or sculpture as well. The festival is open to female-identifying filmmakers and choreographers everywhere.
